Start with the thing most people email about, because we cannot help with it. We are an independent guide to Galapagos tours, not a tour operator and not a booking platform. We do not take payments, we hold no reservations, and we have no access to any booking system. That means we cannot make, change, move or cancel a booking for you.

If you already have a booking

Contact the operator directly through the platform you booked on. Open your confirmation email from GetYourGuide or Viator, follow it back to the booking, and use the message function there. Both platforms route your message to the operator and keep a record of it, which matters if a refund or a date change is involved. That thread is also the only place a cancellation deadline can be honoured, and several Galapagos listings are non-refundable, so read the terms on your own confirmation rather than a general policy page.

What we can help with

Choosing. Which island to base on, whether a ten-hour day trip to Isabela is worth it from Puerto Ayora, what the park fee covers, whether the dive listings are the right route for a certified diver, or why one boat costs $145 and a near-identical one costs $285. Send it over and a real person reads it. We are a small operation, so replies take as long as they take, but they come from someone who has actually read the listing you are asking about.

Corrections are just as welcome. If a price, duration or departure point on this site no longer matches the operator's live listing, tell us and it gets fixed. That happens more often than we would like, because these listings change without notice.
